DaddyT has 4 questions for you regarding the value of this site:

  • Are you a meth user (or love someone who is)?
  • Are you interested in receiving accurate and truthful information about how crystal affects your body and mind?
  • Are you looking at options for reducing sexual and drug using risks associated with crystal?
  • Are you interested in options for managing or stopping crystal use?

If you answered YES to ANY of these questions then read on!

Neon's philosophies are rooted in the concept of harm reduction and the belief that all individuals are capable of making life-enhancing decisions, regardless of their drug use. They support making informed choices based on accurate and truthful education, addressing all the 'real' issues a party guy deals with in the most honest and informative manner -- never once 'hinting' at a judgment or expressing an 'opinion' on the issue of using Meth.

Neon is respectful of ALL sensibilities from those not interested in using Tina but wanting to support loved ones who do -- to those that indulge in Tina looking for ways to improve their health/well-being while using.

A Seattle-based organization, Crystalneon is perhaps the standard by which all other harm-reduction programs can. We at the Speed Project are so impressed by these folks that both Terry and Alex high-tailed it up there for a couple of days to visit with these fine people and learn what their experience has been in running their programs!

The Crystalneon Mission Statement:

"Raising Awareness and creating options for crystal users in the greater Seattle area... Neon has more for gay crystal users than anyone else. We're committed to providing judgment-free, health positive resources that support your choice about crystal and sex. We don't encourage you to use or pressure you to quit. You have options... You've never been to a website like this! Fast breaking info and visuals to tweak your fancy..."

Subjects covered include:

  • HIV, STDs, Hepatitis A, B & C
  • Methods of using speed and the risks associated with each
  • Healthier injecting/vein care
  • Sex and the role speed plays on it
  • Tina's effect on mental health including mood swings, anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder, depression, paranoia, anger & violence
  • Tina's effects on the body including the brain, mouth, lungs, heart, liver, kidneys and digestive system
  • Money/housing issues that may arise when using Tina
  • Getting a grip on your using and signs to look for when that grip is slipping
  • Cutting down or quitting

We all know that there is no such thing as a 'free party' and this certainly includes partying with Tina. If you are wishing to make your party as pleasant as possible, as long as possible and as healthy as possible, DaddyT HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that you check this site out!!!
